For the stickers I like this idea of relating the amount of water and energy used to produce one burger, as I think it is something we come into contact with a lot, and can mentally picture it. It is easier to understand that it takes 660 gallons of water to produce 1 burger, rather than being told that animal agriculture water consumption ranges from 34-76 trillion gallons annually. These figures becomes even easier to understand when related to an action using water, such as hearing that the water needed to produce one burger is the same as flushing the toilet your using around 412 times.
I also designed a publication which I produced cheaply (black & white on newsprint) and then distributed these physical copies around coffee shops and train stations etc.
